Why are the DPR and LPR not highlighted in green?

Why are DNR and LNR not highlighted in green on this map? Here, on the map of Moldova and Azerbaijan, Transnistria and Nagorno-Karabakh are highlighted in green, and for some reason the DPR and LPR are not highlighted on the map of Ukraine. 46.0.220.63 07:07, 12 December 2019 (UTC)

The reason for the highlighted territory in the cases you mention is not the militias forming a breakaway state, it's the open involvement of a recognised foreign government occupying that territory.

Breakaway states without the open and broad involvement of the military of a recognised country do not get highlighted. Look at Yemen, Afghanistan, etc.
