The only correct way of measuring erect penile length is having the erection be perpendicular to the body while laying flat or standing up straight. The portrayed picture is an example of incorrect measurement - either accidental or as a way of cheating. The subject is not laying flat, having knees bent up and to the sides, putting the body position in question; while the penis is being angled downwards to the feet. This means it is almost impossible to correctly align the ruler to the bone for the correct measurement. Even closer to impossible is figuring out the point where the penis and bone intersect from the image - the measurement could start from the belly button for all intents and purposes. Taking into account the surrounding body shape and structure, the more accurate approximation would be at least 0.5-0.75inches(1.25-2cm) shorter, resulting in a length of the penis measuring up to a maximum of 7.25-7.5inches(18.4-19cm). — Preceding unsigned comment was added by 87.110.31.14 (talk) 20:36, 16 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]
