The logo on this page can not be used for Elsevier Weekblad (current brandname of Elsevier (opinieweekblad)). RELX has not given a licence for the use of this Elevier logo. The Elsevier brand is exclusively being used by RELX. This has been agreed with current owner of Elsevier Weekblad OneBusiness. Hello ms Nesselaar,

The logo is not being used in relation to goods or services, i.e. it is not being used as a trademark, so we do not require a trademark license from RELX. Furthermore, the use on the Wikipedia pages is not detrimental to the distinctive character or repute of the trademark, nor does it take unfair advantage thereof. Since you yourself uploaded a new version of the logo, I assume you do not dispute our belief that the logo does not meet the threshold for copyright protection.

I reverted the logo to the old situation. There is no need to remove the old version, which is an older logo of the magizine, it should be maintained. I uploaded the new logo here: File:20180416194952!Elsevier logo 2018.png, Elly (talk) 20:22, 16 April 2018 (UTC)
