Could you please explain...

[edit]

This file is one of the first 20 images to transclude the {{Personality rights}} tag. In a recent discussion at Commons:Village pump#Questioning when the personality rights tag is relevant... another contributor made a broad claim defending how this tag was generally used. I argued that its use on non-obvious images like this suggested to me it was being applied to images without meaningful consideration as to whether doing so was helpful or useful.

@Michael Barera: applied this tag, in this edit. I'd appreciate them explaining why they thought it was a good idea to do so.

This is a clearly identifiable person, and {{Personality rights}} warns any user that the subject of the image may have rights related to the use of their image, depending on the jurisdiction. It is really only a warning about the potential rights held by the subject, and I think it is useful to use in any photo with identifiable people.
