This is definately the Dufferin Bridge in the Picture. However Dufferin Bridge was demolished in 1912. The Plaza Bridge replaced it (The Plaza Bridge is definately not this bridge). Therefore, this picture is somewhere between 1880 and 1912. 1880 because the Russell House (the big hotel beside the post office) only looked like that from 1880 onwards. The telegraph poles provide no clue as to the date because the Russell House had telegraph poles in pictures dated 1875. After a post office fire in 1903 or 1904 the post office was rebuilt, a new floor was added and its the part on the top (its highest point) was no longer present. Therefore this picture is dated between 1880 and 1904.
