The licensing for this image from Flickr is CC-BY-2.0. I think it's much more likely that it's in the public domain, as a photograph published prior to 1923. The Detroit, Ypsilanti and Ann Arbor Railway came into being in 1898 and was merged into other companies no later than 1910. Mackensen (talk) 12:36, 10 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]
