Dersim, 26.06.1926 tarih ve 404 sayılı Resmî Ceride'de yayımlanan 30.5.1926 tarih ve 877 sayılı Kanunla ilçeye dönüstürülerek Elazıg'a bağlanmıştır.

In short, Dersim became ilçe (kaza = district) in 1926.

Tunceli 04.01.1936 tarih ve 3197 sayılı Resmî Gazete'de yayımlanan 2885 sayılı Kanunla il olmustur.

This map was made together with de:User:Koenraad who is writing about the Middle East, see de:Wikipedia:Kartenwerkstatt/Archiv/2009-03#Historische Karte von Dersim. There the map says Dersim 1937, so I uploaded it with an incorrect name. I'll ask KureCewlik81 if there is any further mistake than the name of this file. A week has gone, KureCewlik81 didn't answer. So since Tunceli became a province in 1936 it would be correct to rename this file to Vilayet of Dersim 1936 German.png. Are there any other items you want to discuss? NNW (talk) 09:41, 7 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

A second week has gone, still no answer. "Dispute" means that there are two or more persons thinking different about a matter. As you said above it was founded in 1936. I suggested to move the file to 1936. You said this would be wrong but didn't say why or what would be correct. After a discussion with several users at de:WP I suggest File:Dersim region in the mid 1930s German.png. The differences between region and province are too small to be seen in that scale.
