Identification

I've been trying to identify this animal, which is difficult because few sources mention external characters that separate the two living colugo species. I think the white shoulder patch visible on this animal suggests it is Galeopterus variegatus, not Cynocephalus volans, but haven't been able to confirm that that is diagnostic.
