I've just changed the descriptions of the media. Saying that those decrees have forbidden catalan in all catalan countries is wrong, shortcut and militantism. Indeed, what they did is imposing spanish as the only language used in all the Spanish administration. Catalan countries are a concept, they've never been a political fact. Catalan was not prohibited within the people. Moreover those decrees have a particular political relevance and sense. Please do not use Commons or Wikipedia for political and personnal opinions.
