The ship on the left edge has a funnel mark of Saguenay Terminals Ltd. It appears to be a Park ship, Modified Scandinavian-class cargo ship. Per this list (and this and this), there were only three of those which were run by Saguenay -- Bloomfield Park (IMO 5071755, renamed by Saguenay in 1948 as Sundale)[1], Wentworth Park (renamed to Sundial in 1948)[2], and Shakespeare Park (renamed to Sunprince in 1948). So, it would seem to be one of those three ships. All three were built in 1944, operated by Saguenay for Park SS Co, then sold to Saguenay in 1947, renamed in 1948, registered in Montreal (moved to London in 1954), and sold off in 1958 or 1959. If the date of this photo is accurate, it would have been before they were renamed (and I guess before "SAGUENAY TERMINALS" was painted on the side).

Have not been able to find many photos of the ships, to help narrow further. One small photo of Salammanna (later name of Shakespeare Park / Sunprince) here, and one photo of Sundial here. Carl Lindberg (talk) 05:49, 19 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]
