Subjects

[edit]

Someone has pointed out that it's not Andy Hodge, and I think you'll find that it's not Helen Glover (or Heather Stanning) either. - David Biddulph (talk) 19:25, 28 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

That is fantastic. Someone takes a photo and then misidentifies both its subjects? Fleet Command (talk) 11:49, 29 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Sorry about that, I didn't take the photo, but I did upload it to commons and add it to the Wikipedia page. He doesn't even look slightly like Andy Triggs-Hodge, five seconds in google images would have sorted it. That'll teach me to be less lazy in future. --Kafuffle (talk) 18:54, 29 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]
No worries, I know you didn't take it. (I did check the Flickr source you know.) But someone who was actually at the event did and I assume that should count as strange. Now, misidentified subjects are nothing new to a filemover. Last time I renamed a file called "DLL hell" which actually showed a "Blue Screen of Death". But didn't count as strange, since I don't expect everyone to know computer terms well. But this one? Hmm... Fleet Command (talk) 13:30, 1 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]
