Photo cannot have been taken in July 2020 as the information building (bottom left of image) is present. This whole site was under development as part of the Melbourne Metro project.
Construction is visible beginning in File:Melbourne (AU), View from Eureka Tower, Flinders Street Railway Station -- 2019 -- 1462.jpg and the information building has been removed, and more advanced construction here File:Federation Square entrance to Town Hall railway station December 2020.jpg where a shed has been constructed over the whole site - this is from December 2020. --Tangerineduel (talk) 14:16, 18 October 2021 (UTC)
