"own work" is not sufficient in such a case. The "work" done by the uploader clearly consists of painting a green blob on a pre-existing map.

1. in order to be encyclopedically useful, you need to state where you got the outline of the archaeological culture from. Clearly, this isn't based on your own archaeological surveys
2. in order for the image to comply with commons policy, you need to identify origin and licence of the base map you used.
