Donacia semicuprea doesn't have those bulges on the sides of the pronotum. Also, a spur is visible on the right hind femur - such are absent in D.semicuprea. Check here. Might be Plateumaris sericea or something else --Dimitǎr Boevski (talk) 19:08, 24 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]
