Here is the blazon for Morovis:
En campo de oro, un aguila pasmada, de sable nimbada de plata, picada y membrada de gules, su cabeza contornada; partido de gules con cinco cuatros (guitarras puertorriquelas) de oro, puestas en aspa; y, en abismo, en escusón, el blasón de la Orden del Carmen. Al timbre, corona mural de oro de tres torres, mamposteada de sable y adjurada de gules.
- the membrada de gules is missing (that means the membrane around the neck of the eagle should be gules)
- the tower should be the Spanish tower, not the French tower
- maybe the gules windows and doors should be more gules
- the escusón should have the "el blasón de la Orden del Carmen
I took this photograph which was painted on a wall in downtown Morovis. It might help you visualize what I'm talking about.

- BTW, I know we don't make coa based off internet images but they are allowed off a picture taken from a public street. I also remembered the interaction we had re: the Isabela Coats of Arms in February, 2021. The roosters should have some color and not be a black silhouette.
