This image drawn is trans, I thought it is Clovamide proper was supposed to be Z isomer though. Although, E is the energetically favored isomer, if that is the actual natural one in the plant or not? trans-Clovamide has a different CAS: [53755-02-5] — Preceding unsigned comment was added by 92.10.157.120 (talk) 07:19, 19 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Both the cis (File:Cis-Clovamide Structure.svg) and trans (File:Clovamide.svg) isomers are known. According to Scifinder, there are more citations in the scientific literature regarding the trans isomer than the cis, so that one seems to be the more common one.
