Licence error

It is forbidden to use a non-commercial licence alone (not with a commercial) licence => the licence has to be changed or the image deleted :-(

i don't think so, this is a CC for non-profits, and GFDL 1.2 only for commercial. these hybrid licenses are explicitly allowed, and the GFDL 1.2 only is allowed: please see the Commons:Requests for comment/AppropriatelyLicensed. there are 3740 of hybrid licenses like this.[1] if the consensus is to not allow this, i would be happy to change.
