It is no more a polyhedron than this |=| is a rectangle. Some of its "edges" do not intersect in one point, so do not form "vertices". Also, this drawing has 3 straight lines (consisting a regular triangle) at the place where a regular (or even just strictly convex) icosahedron must have 3 chains of 2 edges consisting a convex hexagon.
