Disagree with speedy deletion

[edit]

I believe the speedy claim is utterly misunderstood, as the "derivative work" claim treats the printed label of a bottle of wine as an end product or intellectual property, rather than a facet of PR expression of the actual product sold, the contents of the bottle. By this scant logic, a photo of a flyer announcing items on a yard sale is copyright infringement, and it is difficult to fathom it has come to this. Additionally, the print that is doccumented in this case is of an antique nature, a design dissimilar from the contemporary expression of the label, and its presence among wikimedia neither detracts nor enhances the sales of the object.
