A copy of this image was uploaded on fa.wikipedia and was for the entire time without any information about the author. I asked about detailed informations; Taeedxy never admitted that he is the photographer. Raamin (talk) 19:22, 9 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

please see here i really tried to find out are they copyright infringement or not ? i couldn't find them in any other website --Mardetanha talk 21:41, 9 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Sorry Mardetanha. But, if you read the link that Raamin provided, you can find out that 1- He is not the photographer. 2- He has taken the picture from email from somewhere. 3- He has NOT YET used ORTS. 4-After deletion of his pictures, instead of talking to admins of fa.wiki, he just came here and uploaded them. I think it is more than enough?. Also please do not remove the tags.--Mrostam (talk) 22:25, 9 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Dear rostam we had the debate before . You should prove these image are copyright violations --Mardetanha talk 22:55, 9 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
As a matter of fact Taeedxy never admitted that he was the creator. Using {{PD-self}} NOW is just not correct IMO. Raamin (talk) 23:52, 9 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Please Avoid copyright paranoia.please provide where these image are from ? --Mardetanha talk 23:54, 9 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

You are WRONG. The onus in on the user to prove that it is not copyrighted; not me, not you, nor Raamin. Also in this case there is some evidence for not adhering to "assume good faith" --Mrostam (talk) 00:18, 10 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Paranoia? Paranoia?? Yes; because uploading those 5 images from "iranian" wasn't copyright violation! --Raamin (talk) 00:23, 10 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Great! Let's have links to Iranian! --Navid.k (talk) 09:11, 10 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
HERE is the collection. I didn't say you will find THIS image there; I said it is very believable that the photographer is the same. Taeedxy once uploaded those 5 images on fa.wikipedia, WITHOUT any information about the author! He hasn't a good reputation in terms of "Copyright". Raamin (talk) 22:58, 11 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
The fact that the images look the same doesn't say anything about the author. Of course, pictures taken of the same location will look the same; taking pictures of the Eiffel tower will look like pictures of the Eiffel tower. Regards, -- Jeff3000 (talk) 23:31, 11 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Dear Jeff, Taeedxy is NOT a newbie! He once uploaded this image (Cementery-Yazd.jpg) on fa.wikipedia, and tagged it with {{PD}}; I asked him about the author; he NEVER admitted to be the creator of that (this) image. Raamin (talk) 00:21, 12 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Not responding to a request to be the author is not the same as proving he is not the author, which is what is required here — actual evidence that he is not the author. Regards, -- Jeff3000 (talk) 00:34, 12 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Open a new deletion discussion if you must, or something, but a previous deletion discussion will not be overturned without new evidence. -Nard the Bard 00:33, 10 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
