Dear Jim Evans, I am trying to figure out where this picture was taken to identify what exactly we are looking at, but haven't had a lot of success so far. Do you know any more details or background information about this photograph other than being a canal near Leiden in 1978? --HyperGaruda (talk) 09:13, 20 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I don't. Note I took the picture over 40 years ago. I was visiting a friend who lived in Leiden and he drove me around the area, so even then I wouldn't have known where I was. This picture [1] was taken on the same outing, if that helps. Jim Evans (talk) 12:52, 20 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks so much! The three windmills actually helped a lot in guessing where you were heading for. Though the house is now buried under a main thoroughfare, this old picture shows the same building, located on the western outskirts of Zoetermeer. --HyperGaruda (talk) 20:10, 20 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]
So, do I need to do anything? Jim Evans (talk) 00:35, 21 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]
I have already updated the file descriptions, so no, not as far as I am concerned. --HyperGaruda (talk) 17:38, 21 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]
