Identification query

This does not look like a Hillman Minx to me. Is anyone able to give a source for calling it a Hillman Minx, please?

(Simply because this is a picture of a big car, I am tempted to think that it may have been manufactured in the USA or in the Soviet Union. But I easily could be wrong about that.)
