September 2005 or January 2007

The image is dated as January 2007 in file description but as September 2005 in EXIF data. Furthermore, in winter snow would be present. Therefore, I think "January 2007" date is wrong and a clarification is needed.

The source web site no longer active. I do not think the photo date is September 2005 because solar panels that appear they were installed after November 2005 because that date is the public information procedure of Environmental Impact Study for installation and project is dated May 2006.
According to this forum panels energize a weather station installed in 2007. --Tony Rotondas (talk) 07:59, 12 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]
