Bulgaria?

Bulgaria can't be right: the sign to the left of the picture (note the Latin characters, virtually unused in Bulgaria) says "... cu lapte" (presumably "Cafea cu lapte"), which is Romanian for "... with milk" (as in "Coffee with milk", the word-by-word of "Milk coffee"). I'm not sure how to approach this without going into OR territory - please advise. Dahn (talk) 18:31, 8 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
