[edit]Is he really/only meant to represent Death? I understand that in Britain at time he was nicknamed "Boney" (from "Bonaparte"); maybe the picture is also a play on that? It Is Me Here t / c 20:47, 6 June 2012 (UTC)
- IMO he's certainly representing a personification of Death here, as the title (referring to an expression of the era) clearly indicates. And as Pitt, Addington and Fox represent doctors. As to "only", certainly he also represents Napoleon I in the satirical cartoon context, just as Pitt, Addington, and Fox also represent themselves. -- Infrogmation (talk) 15:26, 7 June 2012 (UTC)
