This is an excellent photo, and the uploader seems to have done some excellent footwork in securing the CC0 license from the copyright holder. However, the file page lacks critical information necessary to verify the validity of the license:
- The source and author of the photo, as required at Commons:Licensing#License information. (Using the Information template would be an excellent way to format this information.)
- Evidence on file that the copyright holder has given permission, using the OTRS system. It seems likely that the uploader already has an e-mail to this effect, since the CC0 license was apparently arranged, so this should be easy. (See also Commons:Permission.)
I have notified the uploader of these concerns, and hopefully the uploader will be able to address them. However, if the concerns are not addressed, the file will probably need to be nominated for deletion. — Werewombat (talk) 17:16, 29 September 2010 (UTC)
