How do we know this photo is real?

Given that a photograph like this easily could have been manufactured for propaganda purposes, how are we to know it really is blood, blood from the incident or whether or not blood from a child itself? Left the same question on the flickr page. Carolmooredc (talk) 14:53, 3 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]
