It states, with the error in bold the site of the old LNWR station (Stesion Fein) in Blaenau Ffestiniog during reconstruction of the Ffestiniog Railway. The FR's engine Princess sits on the right as an advert for the railway.
Stesion Fein is the name of the Festiniog Station in Blaenau until 1946. LNWR above should read FR
To the right of Princess is a stepped wall, the LNWR/BR station lies behind that, over the road from this station
