This bird looks more like a Chestnut flanked White eye. I also corrected the text. I spent an hour or so today watching a flock of these birds at close range, just a couple of hundred yards from my home in south east South Korea and got great close up views and absolutely no chestnut on the flanks, unlike the bird in the photo.
