This is a municipal birth registration document dating from 1885, so it is not inconceivable — and even highly likely — that this fact alone means it's in the public domain. - As far as I know, it's in the public domain, it's "ineligible for copyright and therefore in the public domain, because they consist entirely of information that are common property and contain no original authorship". Ronn (talk) 12:13, 21 February 2015 (UTC)
