Incorrect rendering of SVG file

For some reason, the lines with arrowheads are not rendering properly in Wikimedia Commons, despite the diagram appearing fine in Inkscape. The illustration was re-created using Inkscape 1.2.1. I'll work on this in the coming days. In the meantime, if anyone can fix the issue, please do so — I shall be most grateful. Alexanderino (talk) 08:05, 9 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

After following these tips, the arrows render correctly in Firefox; however, the Wikimedia preview still displays this error. Referencing it in a Wiki article also has the same problem. Back to the drawing board. Alexanderino (talk) 02:24, 6 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
I ended up using Inkscape 0.43. Opening the SVG file in it recreates the same bug seen in the image preview. Replaced the arrowheads with ones found in Inkscape, and the issue is finally sorted.
