This was under 'unidentified' so I am chiming in with what little I know .. the palm leaf wrapped stuff is 99% certainly sticky rice (khao niao) which is common throughout all Tai areas. It is either provided plain within the leaf wrapping, or variously conceals in its heart or is mixed throughout with with different sorts of innards, for example nuts (chiefly peanuts), sweet preserved fruits, or meat. 124.120.230.125 08:25, 11 July 2013 (UTC)
