OK, this map is ridiculous cause most of this lands were not Bulgarian at all at that time. Calling them "Bulgarian" is highly missleading and nationalistic POV-pushing. Even Bulgaria iself got to be tributary of Czar Dushan of Serbia, not to mention that all those provinces of the West are clearly part of Serbian states.
