This is not THE Holy Family i.e. Mary, Joseph and Jesus. It is a holy family, of sorts.
The child here can be identified as John the Baptist by his cross of reeds, the fur on which he is seated and the presence of the lamb. Lambs can also be present in pictures of the Christ Child, but not in combination with the cross and fur.
The mother is plainly an old woman rather than a young Virgin Mary. This indicates that she is Elizabeth, mother of John the Baptist.
