The licensing information here indicates that this is a NASA image, but I cannot find the source of it via reverse image search.

I have found something similar on a NASA page, https://earthobservatory.nasa.gov/features/RemoteSensing/remote_04.php or direct image link as well as another USA government page, https://www.weather.gov/jetstream/absorb
