The frogs pictured are not Phyllobates terribilis. The Buffalo zoo does keep Atelopus zeteki which these appear to be.

How do you know?

For starters, P. terribilis has black, dark brown, or dark blue eyes, not green eyes. Also, it is a lot more bulky and heavyset than Atelopus zeteki.
