Well, that's the standard misunderstanding of this template. It has nothing to do with the legitimacy of uploading it here. It is directed at re-users. And, yes, even so-called public persons still have human rights and personality rights. This has been confirmed recently by European courts. --Túrelio (talk) 18:33, 30 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
