Rename with language change

I agree with D'Arch. Normally I don't rename files where another language is requested. (mostly they request english idd) Because I know D'Arch uses 'wapen' very often, he even says 6000 times on Commons, it must be no problem as long it is not gonna become a habit, because most 'wapens' (coat of arms) are linked to many wikis. So I did not make this decision in a split second, but thought about it a little longer. As one of the most active renamers I think/know I made the right decision.
