Some data on the map was incorrect -- went ahead and corrected

Just as a note, for some reason, some of the provincial data represented wasn't the same as in the source. Specifically, Guangdong's, Zhejiang's, Guizhou's, Qinghai's, and Gansu's data were not represented correctly in the map. Please let me know if there's any issue.
