Who is this?

I assume this is the actress and singer born c. 1845 in New Orleans, who with her sister Emma was one half of the Webb sisters. (Rather than the female natationist of the 1880s London music hall!) The dress looks quasi-academic, though, wihch gives me some doubt - was this for some particular role? Dsp13 (talk) 17:01, 18 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]
