Halo, please see my note also on User:Slevant talk page. I have updated categories for this file and also clarified the status of this photo from the TSI Archives , originally British India and now Pakistan. The photo was taken for this archive in 1932 and then as per agreement with the subject himself (i.e Khan Abdul Majid Khan Tarin) was opened/released into public domain 5 years later in 1937. This was because the subject (died 1939) already had in his lifetime many research requests about his work/career and wished to facilitate researcher scholars/researchers. Since then, it has been in the open/public domain. I hope this helps clarify exact status, thanks Rangbaz (talk) 12:23, 16 December 2012 (UTC)Rangbaz
