High and wide

The graph contributes to the article, but unfortunately it is wider than it is tall, while charts that are taller than wide generally fit better into the Wikipedia page format. Can the chart be redrawn? Especially, the lettering on the right should be moved to the bottom, or perhaps to the top, and anything else that may make the chart narrower.
