Colors

The colors in this image are not distinct enough. I understand the visual pun to be had in using shades of red, but if that's the goal, then the colors chosen should a) not be named using such subjective and confusing names and b) should vary both the saturation and value substantially in order to be distinct.

red,dark red,pink,bright pink and red-gray might work, for example, but in the end texture really needs to enter into it, if you're going to use more than two shades of one color. -Harmil 19:41, 6 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
