I'm not entirely sure if suggested edits go here so I apologize if they do not. My critical comment on this graphic: Typically statistics like this are done per 100,000 population. To avoid being misleading it would be better to redo this graphic by adjusting the numbers to be per 100,000 population or to add a new curve showing marginal increase in population per year. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Thorbear91 (talk • contribs) 16:38, 9 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Sadly the census is taken only once per decade. This would be a good suggestion, if it were practical to find a reliable indicator of U.S. population annually. —RCraig09 (talk) 18:17, 14 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]
