This is actually my 1960 Cadillac in front of my house in New Orleans. I'm not the person that took the photo. It's not a hearse but an ambulance/hearse combo. The custom body work to turn it into an ambulance/hearse was done by superior coach works as crown royale package which denotes what engine & external trim was used. It came from Tennessee where a dentist owned it for over 30 years with it decorated in orange & white in support of the Tennessee Volunteers football team. John E.
