With the plate on the front of the car I was able to identify this splendid automobile. Larkins Bros. was a coachbuilder located in San Francisco. Coachbuilt has a portrait of the firm and even two small b/w pictures of this car, one of them probably shot at the same oppoprtunity than this one. It is identified there as being built on the 640 Custom Eight chassis, so I added info here.
