I have changed the date from May to July since the picture has apparently been taken on July 13th, not May 13th. Reasons: 1. The data table shows July 13th as date of creation, 2. the filename indicates the same, 3. the usually submerged Derenbach bridge (visible near the right side of the dam in the background) became visible due to the lowered water level around June 20th (according to German forum contibutions like this one), and the apparent water level had not been reached before the beginning of July.--SiriusB (talk) 10:12, 5 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hi SiriusB! I think, you are right. After reading your reasons I am sure, you are right. By loading the image into Commons I saw the different dates and I asked the photographer on his discussion page in German Wikipedia if it's right.
