I think that "|date=1916-06-17" parameter was guessed from timestamp "5.6.17". In Taisyo period(old Japanese Regnal year) or Minguo calendar ,this 5 means A.D.1916. But this building named Taipei Post Office was built from 1928 to 1930 (or 1929). So this "5" should mean Shōwa period. This 5 should mean A.D.1930.
(From 1895 to 1945 ,Taiwan was under Japanese rule. So Minguo calendar was not regal, I believe.)
