This file is not a copyvio. It's a postcard published anonymously in 1909. The site claims that the copyright belongs to A.S. (Aleksander Sosna - the owner of the site), but this is not precise. The site owner has marked in this way all the pictures where he wasn't able to find out who was the actual author (some of the postcards have their respective authors indicated), no matter what their legal situation really is. In the introductive text on the site Sosna writes that he welcomes everybody to use the pictures, no matter in what way, just with a remark that the postcard belongs to his collection. However, the pictures are mainly over 100 years old and as published anonymously in Russian Empire they are in PD. Loraine (talk) 18:55, 25 July 2012 (UTC)
