The sculpture shows Napoléon I resting on the lap of a woman, his face partly pressed against her left breast. At the same time he holds a bottle in his left hand. He could have a hangover but I don't recognice the woman. Who is she? Her cloths does not really mach contempurary fashsion. If this sculpture is an allergory what do she symbolize? Some works of art are hard to understand despite being concrete.
